**hello@develoom.com** is the address for everything: early access, product questions, security and privacy questions, press, and anything else. Replies normally come within two business days, and they come from the people building the product rather than a support desk.

Useful things to include when you write about early access:

- The size of your engineering team and how it is structured.
- Whether you already run a career framework or competency ladder, and in what form.
- Which tools carry your engineering work: GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Confluence, Notion.
- What review time looks like today, and what you wish it looked like.

## Early access

develoom is in early access and onboarding a small number of engineering teams. You can leave an email address on the [home page](https://develoom.com/) or the [demo page](https://develoom.com/demo), and we will get in touch when a slot opens for a team like yours. Signing up puts you on the early access list only. There are no newsletters and no drip sequences.

## Privacy, security, and data requests

Questions about what develoom reads, how long it keeps anything, or requests to access or delete data go to the same address, hello@develoom.com.
