# develoom

## What develoom does

Your engineers leave a trail of evidence every day: pull request reviews, ticket comments, design docs, Slack threads. That signal already exists in the tools your team runs on. develoom reads it and maps it to the behaviours your company actually promotes on, then keeps that picture current instead of reconstructing it once a year.

1. **Connect once.** GitHub, Linear, Slack, Google Docs. OAuth in minutes. No agents, no plugins, no nagging your team for status updates.
2. **Map to your career framework.** develoom maps every PR, ticket, doc, and thread to the behaviours that matter for performance and promotion at your company. No manual tagging, no spreadsheets.
3. **Two views, one truth.** Engineers see how they are growing and what to focus on next. Managers see the whole team: who is delivering, who is stuck, who is ready to level up.

## Who it is for

Engineering leaders and their teams, typically 15 to 100 engineers, who run career frameworks or competency ladders and want evidence for review conversations without asking people to keep brag docs.

## Status

develoom is in early access. A small number of engineering teams are being onboarded. There is no self-serve signup and no public pricing yet. The signup form on this site collects an email address so we can get in touch when a slot opens.

## Data handling

Read-only access to connected tools. Existing permissions are respected: if a manager cannot see something in your tools, they will not see it in develoom. Activity is processed and summarised rather than stored raw long-term, customer data is never used to train AI models, and disconnecting deletes your data within 24 hours.
