# develoom

> develoom maps PRs, tickets, design docs, and Slack threads against your career framework, giving engineers and their managers a live, honest picture of growth year-round, not just at review time.

develoom connects to the tools an engineering team already uses, maps everyday artefacts to that company’s own career framework, and keeps one continuous picture of growth for the engineer and the manager. It is in early access with a small number of teams, typically 15 to 100 engineers.

Every page listed here is available as Markdown two ways: send `Accept: text/markdown` to the canonical URL, or request the same path with `.md` appended. Unknown paths return a real 404. Questions that this site does not answer go to hello@develoom.com.

develoom is not a DORA or delivery-metrics dashboard, and it does not rank or score engineers against each other.
develoom does not write to your tools, and it has no public API for agents to call. The only programmatic surface is this site, served as Markdown.
